Photographer. Glen E. Friedman is considered one of the most
important photographers of his generation. He became well known
for working with such rebellious musicians as Fugazi, Black
Flag, Ice-T, Dead Kennedys, Minor Threat, Misfits, Bad Brains,
Beastie Boys, Run-DMC, and Public Enemy, as well as old school
skateboarders Tony Alva, Jay Adams, Alan “Ollie”
Gelfand, Duane Peters, and Stacy Peralta. Friedman’s photos
reflect the spirit of progression and angst that defined an
era. Three volumes of his photographs have been published to
date: Fuck You Heroes (1994), Fuck You Too (1996), and The Idealist
(1998). Friedman has exhibited his work internationally and
he was a producer of the award winning documentary film 'Dogtown
